Project Scope

Galvanized structural steel mezzanine, stairs, rails, catwalk, and pipe rack for an industrial facility.

Technical Challenge

Galvanized steel requires precise detailing of connection geometry and bolt hole tolerances to account for coating thickness, while the pipe rack layout demanded careful coordination with process equipment placement and load paths throughout the facility.

Outcome

All galvanized mezzanine framing, stairs, railings, catwalk, and pipe rack structures fabricated and erected to specification, providing safe elevated access and organized pipe routing throughout the facility.
